Players booking their first session often ask what actually happens in the hour. Fair question — an unstructured hour of "tips" is worth little. So here is the honest minute-by-minute workflow every Tiltproof 1-on-1 follows, whether it is your first session or your fiftieth.
0–10: Check-in and queue data
We open with your week, not your gameplay. Rank movement, session counts, sleep, tilt incidents — the coach pulls your tracker and asks what felt off. Sessions that skip this fix symptoms. We would rather fix causes.
10–35: Two VOD segments, max
We review two rounds, not two games. Each segment is watched once at full speed, once frame by frame, and graded against your current queue mission. Everything else in the VOD is ignored on purpose — focus is the scarcest resource in coaching.

35–50: Live reps
Then we play. Custom lobbies, drill maps or a live ranked game with the coach shotcalling the new behavior in your ear. New decisions feel awkward for about fifteen minutes — the session makes sure those fifteen minutes happen with us, not alone at midnight.
50–60: The mission card
Every session ends with a written mission card: one behavior, one drill, one queue rule, and how we will measure it next week. You leave with homework that fits on an index card — and a coach who will check it.
That is the whole hour. No mystique, no magic: diagnose, rehearse, assign, verify. Book a trial week and bring us your worst VOD. We will bring the timestamps.
